
After your Strategy Meeting and Assessment Session (available in the New Client Welcome Bundle), consider starting with 30-minute sessions if you're new to training, have a busy schedule, or if you have chronic pain or conditions. Shorter sessions allow you to focus on specific exercises and are easier on your body.
If you’re aiming for a more comprehensive workout or have more than one wellness/fitness goal, 60-minute sessions offer more time for a thorough routine and additional exercises. You might also try a few of each to see which duration best fits your needs and energy levels.
