45 Minute Online Private Session ($50)

After your Strategy Meeting and Assessment Session (available in the New Client Welcome Bundle), many clients enjoy starting with our 30-minute sessions, but as they progress, they often find that this duration isn’t sufficient to thoroughly review their techniques, address necessary modifications, and introduce new movements. While a full hour provides more time, some clients prefer a more manageable duration, which is where our 45-minute sessions come in.

These sessions are perfect for those with busy schedules or managing chronic pain. They allow for a focused approach on specific exercises while being gentle on the body, ensuring you receive the support you need without feeling rushed.

60 Minute Online Private Session

After your Strategy Meeting and Assessment Session (available in the New Client Welcome Bundle), it's advisable to begin with a comprehensive workout, especially if you have more than one wellness/fitness goal, with 60-minute sessions. These hour length sessions offer more time for a thorough routine and additional exercises.

Consider starting with either 30-minute or 45 minute sessions if you have a busy schedule, or if you have chronic pain or conditions. Shorter sessions allow you to focus on specific exercises and are easier on your body. You might also try a few of each to see which duration best fits your needs and energy levels.

30 Minute MELT

Recharge your body and reset your nervous system in just 30 minutes with MELT Express, a quick and effective self-care class designed to help you feel better fast. Using the science-backed MELT Method®, this guided session targets common areas of tension, improves mobility, and promotes whole-body balance. Perfect for busy schedules, MELT Express focuses on gentle techniques using soft rollers and MELT balls to hydrate connective tissue, release stuck stress, and support pain-free movement.

LiveStream Recording Info:

  • Jamie records just herself on camera for the replay and all participants are muted at that time.
  • There is time in the beginning and after the sequence for a quick chat for the group to connect that is not recorded.
  • The recorded session will be available for full time access through the Video On Demand Membership.

We may use the following in class:

  • MELT Large Soft Ball
  • MELT Soft Roller - or a very soft foam roller that can roll.
  • MELT 1/2 Roller - or a rolled up blanket or towel
  • An exercise band is also sometimes used and is optional

All levels welcome. No experience necessary.

30 Min Prana Slow Flow Yoga

Prana Slow Flow Yoga is a gentle, slow-flow practice that invites you to move, breathe, and feel your energy in a state of ease and presence. Rooted in the philosophy of Vinyasa, this style emphasizes slow, fluid, and mindful movements that unfold with the breath, creating a meditative and deeply grounding experience.

Each 30 minute session encourages you to connect with your body’s natural rhythm, exploring strength and flexibility through intuitive, unhurried sequencing. The pace allows space for deep awareness, subtle alignment, and inner stillness—making each movement a meditation in motion.

Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, Prana Flow offers a soothing and transformative journey into self-expression, balance, and calm energy.

Equipment: Yoga Mat and optional Yoga Blocks and/or pillow.

Mindful Strength & Restore

Gently strengthen and restore the body to help with compensatory patterns and common postures imbalances that pulls on our bodies and creates strain and sometimes pain.

Experience gentle strengthening and release to the area of focus for the class (Feet/ ankles, knees, hip & low back, upper back, neck and shoulders, wrists and forearms, and neck and head).

This is a fusionary class that pulls from Jamie's toolbox of various practices and strategies from corrective exercises, bodyweight strength exercises, Pilates, MELT, Yoga and other techniques.

This is a great bridge to start with after physical therapy to get back to movement as well as just great self care if you find yourself or what you do creating imbalances in your body as is wonderful as a Private one on one session or in a group setting. Price below is for the group online class.
