Mindful Strength & Restore

Gently strengthen and restore the body to help with compensatory patterns and common postures imbalances that pulls on our bodies and creates strain and sometimes pain.

Experience gentle strengthening and release to the area of focus for the class (Feet/ ankles, knees, hip & low back, upper back, neck and shoulders, wrists and forearms, and neck and head).

This is a fusionary class that pulls from Jamie's toolbox of various practices and strategies from corrective exercises, bodyweight strength exercises, Pilates, MELT, Yoga and other techniques.

This is a great bridge to start with after physical therapy to get back to movement as well as just great self care if you find yourself or what you do creating imbalances in your body as is wonderful as a Private one on one session or in a group setting.
