Video Length: 27 min.
Equipment: Sturdy Chair with no arms, one yoga block and a Yoga Mat.
Increase your calm and vitality with this slow flow practice. We explore opening all around the hips and the upper back with preparing for the Seated Eagle pose.
The seated version of Eagle gives us extra support so we can focus more on the opening the outer hips and upper back behind the shoulder blades by taking the one-legged balance out of it. It is gentle but not passive.
Some of this class is done sitting, but also some standing posture flows are included. Wonderful choice for wrists and back strain. (This class does not get on the floor).
